The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth and build strong partnerships for our company. This role is ideal for someone who is not only confident in sales strategy and client relationship management, but also passionate about the education sector.
You will work closely with our team to design and implement creative sales approaches, connect with stakeholders in the education ecosystem, and represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products and expand market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educators, and partners.
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and events with a professional and approachable personality.
Collaborate with the internal team to align sales efforts with product development and company goals.
Track sales performance, provide insights, and suggest improvements to strategies.
Stay adaptable and take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements
Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong during the engagement period.
Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctoral degree in a STEM-related discipline from a recognized local or non-local institution.
Excellent communication skills in Chinese (written and spoken) and English; Cantonese fluency is a plus.
Proven ability or strong interest in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
A creative and strategic thinker, able to design approaches tailored to different stakeholders.
Positive personality, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a small, fast-moving team.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Background or network in the education sector (schools, publishing, or edtech).
Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales performance tracking.
Compensation
HK$20,000 per month (Bachelor’s degree)
HK$23,000 per month (Master’s degree)
HK$35,000 per month (Doctoral degree)
Location
Our office is located between Central and Sheung Wan, surrounded by great food, coffee spots, and easy transport links.
