We are a positive-impact company that works with both mainstream schools, special needs schools, and schools for the blind and visually impaired (such as Ebenezer School) to help children access reading books. The Role
Full-time | Hong Kong | Central / Sheung Wan
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will be a vital pillar of support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is not just about administrative tasks; it is about being a proactive partner to our leadership as we scale our impact.

Key Details:
- Hours: Generally 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, though high flexibility is required to meet the needs of the CEO.
- Travel: Periodic travel may be required to support the CEO’s regional or international commitments.
Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Occasional driving support. While the CEO has a driver, additional support is occasionally needed. Valid driver’s license with minimum 1-2 years of experience required.
Managing complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Engaging warmly with children and families, as our work is centered on helping children access the joy of reading.
Supporting the wider team where needed, including the implementation of our technology and mission in partner schools.
Maintaining organized systems and proactive communication across the CEO’s professional and personal requirements.

Requirements
Language Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential; Cantonese fluency is a strong advantage.
Driving Skills: Must hold a valid Hong Kong driver’s license, ideally with at least 1-2 years of driving experience.
Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree from a recognized institution.

Legal Status: Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.

Our office is located between Central and Sheung Wan—surrounded by great food, coffee spots, and excellent transport links.
