The Role
We are looking for a Data Management & Analytics Associate to help us collect, organize, analyze, and present data that informs decision-making across product development, education content, and business strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a data science or IT background who also wants to make an impact in the education and technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain data management systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of company data.
Analyze user behavior, product performance, and education-related outcomes.
Create data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security best practices.
Adapt quickly and support the team in a startup environment where responsibilities can shift.

Requirements
Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong during the engagement period.
Bachelor’s / Master’s / Doctoral degree in a STEM-related discipline from a recognized local or non-local institution.
Strong technical skills in data management, analysis, and visualization (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or BI tools).
Proficiency in Chinese (written) and English; Cantonese is a plus.
Ability to explain complex data in clear and actionable ways.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn across different domains.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in the education, publishing, or book industry.
Familiarity with learning analytics or educational data frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud platforms or database management systems.
Compensation
HK$20,000 per month (Bachelor’s degree)
HK$23,000 per month (Master’s degree)
HK$35,000 per month (Doctoral degree)
Location
Our office is located between Central and Sheung Wan, surrounded by great food, coffee spots, and excellent transport links.
