The Role
Full-time | Hong Kong | Central / Sheung Wan
As a Business Development Associate at Lestori Books, you will help build and develop the business. You will participate in strategy and execution across lead generation, communications, marketing, and school technology rollout.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in every aspect of building a mission-driven company. You will gain exposure across marketing, PR, sales execution, customer insight, and the commercial and legal dimensions of growth.
We believe that great business development is not about hard selling. It is about identifying genuine customer pain points and helping solve them. This role is centered on listening, understanding, and delivering real solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generating leads through targeted communications, PR, and marketing, with occasional direct sales.
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with school leadership and key decision-makers.
- Crafting communications to schools, parents, and stakeholders, including FAQs and support materials.
- Supporting rollout and implementation of our technology in partner schools.
- Supporting the team where needed in cross-functional projects and day-to-day execution.

Requirements
Legal Status: Legally permitted to work in Hong Kong.
Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from a recognized institution.
Language Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential; Cantonese fluency is a strong advantage.
